1. If you are returning goods that are damaged you should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods, we require the goods to be left as they were received, to enable any possible claim to be put against our suppliers or carriers. We would also require photographic evidence of any damages. We will look at each case individually and if we require you to return the goods we will refund the shipping cost should the order be over £100.
2. Unwanted goods can be returned to us for a refund or credit if they are in perfect resalable condition and within 14 days of receiving these goods. Return costs will be paid by the customer and if you ask us to make arrangements for a pick up we will refund the cost of the goods minus any return shipping costs incurred by The Botanical Garden Ltd, the cost to be agreed in advance.
This may not be exactly the shipping cost shown on the invoice as this is often subsidised.
If your payment card expires before we process your refund please contact our Customer Care team email at in**@th****************.uk with your sort code and account number so we can refund you via BACS payment.
